Europe Q4 2025 Roundup: Community Cleanups, Drug Prevention and Human Rights Education

In Q4 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology humanitarian campaigns highlighted a series of local activities in several European countries. The quarter’s roundup featured local United for Human Rights programme environmental and civic volunteering, alongside fact-based drug-prevention education and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.

Activities were reported in several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
